- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of business development experience, with a track record of landing recruitment contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
