    Hotels Business Development Manager Multi-Brands - Amsterdam, Nederland

    Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Hotels Business Development Manager om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van een portfolio klanten, evenals het identificeren van new-business kansen voor een keten van meer dan 10 hotels. De hotels zijn strategisch gelegen in Amsterdam, Schiphol/Hoofddorp, Utrecht, Den Haag, Rotterdam en Arnhem, onder franchiseovereenkomsten met IHG and Hilton.

    Jouw taken in het kort:

    Beheren, activeren en optimaliseren van accounts;

    Voortdurend zoeken naar nieuwe zakelijke kansen die bijdragen aan de commerciële doelstellingen van de hotels;

    Onderhandelen en afsluiten van contracten met bestaande en nieuwe klanten;

    Het onderhouden en optimaliseren van een strategische samenwerking met de nationale en internationale Sales & Marketing teams van IHG en Hilton;

    Organiseren en deelnemen aan commerciële evenementen, netwerkbijeenkomsten, beurzen en congressen;

    Dagelijks overleg met andere commerciële afdelingen en General Managers van de hotels om de belangen van klanten en gasten te behartigen;

    Efficiënt bijhouden van activiteiten en resultaten in het CRM en andere rapportages;

    Verdedigen van klantprestaties en proactief voorstellen doen voor activiteiten op basis van resultaten;

    Bijdragen aan teamwork door collega's te ondersteunen en te stimuleren.

    Requirements
    Jouw profiel:

    Minimaal 2-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de internationale hotelsector;

    Diepgaande kennis van de (internationale) hotelmarkt;

    Zelfstandigheid, een scherp oog voor nieuwe kansen en een drive om processen te verbeteren;

    Sterk netwerker met bewezen trackrecord in klantrelaties;

    Gedreven, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;

    Ervaring met Salesforce, Opera en Hotelligence/Agency360 is een pluspunt;

    Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Engels als Nederlands (schriftelijk en mondeling);

    Sterk analytisch vermogen om data om te zetten in gerichte acties;

    Teamspeler met gevoel voor humor, zelfs in uitdagende situaties;

    Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
