To achieve this, it is considering hiring a business development engineer who will engage in proactive sales activities to promote the company and its products to potential clients.

The company sells turnkey plants and machinery for metal melting and heat treatment processes. We target aluminum manufacturers such as foundries and aluminum recyclers, among others. Therefore, it involves consultative selling where the technical aspect plays a vital role.

In fact, the sales process usually lasts for several months and involves numerous meetings to discuss the technical aspects of the equipment, the production process, and its integration into the client's facilities.
