    ThriveCart is a leading affiliate management, sales and checkout solution used by over 30,000 SMEs globally. We integrate with everything you use and have a simple, clean UI with numerous features that allow customers to build income from existing traffic and we are the highest converting cart for online businesses. Our business is growing, profitable, and backed by LTV SaaS Growth Fund VIII, and we are looking to expand our footprint amongst online businesses.

    Location:

    Our management team is based in Austin, TX, and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days/week.

    About You:

    The Key Account Manager at ThriveCart is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between account management and business development. As a member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with ThriveCart's largest customers, while also contributing to revenue growth through strategic initiatives and sales efforts.

    What Your Work Will Entail:
    • Account Management
      • Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts;
      • Understanding our customers' needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals;
      • Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction;
      • Communicating via email, video calls, phone calls, and (potentially) in-person events;
    • Business Development:
      • Utilizing a consultative sales approach, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts;
      • Collaborating with the executive team to define and implement customer expansion strategies aligned with our overall company goals;
      • Contributing to a culture of customer advocacy within the organization, encouraging customers to become advocates and references;
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Tracking and analyzing key account metrics, such as product adoption, sales performance, customer retention, and satisfaction levels.
      • Preparing regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
      • Analyzing data to derive insights to make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
    What You Bring to This Role:
    • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven growth mindset;
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for the benefit of customer experiences;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
    • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (previous experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or creator industry is a plus).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
