The Account Management/vCIO Coordinator's primary goal is to coordinate the non-technical needs of our clients with the appropriate service delivery within our company.
This person will be one of the primary voices our customers hear and an indispensable resource for the vCIO team delivery areas of our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the various nontechnical needs of our customers with UniVista staff in order to provide them a timely response.
- Serve as a liaison between our clients and various service delivery areas of our company.
- Answer incoming calls from customers professionally, with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Follow up with UniVista staff, vendors or clients where necessary.
- Be an advocate for customer's needs within UniVista or with 3rd parties.
- Work directly with our internal ticketing system for all communication and coordination.
- Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction with all customers.
- Create Customer Quotes.
- Receive product into our procurement system.
- Manage UniVista's customer training platform.
- Work with all parties to increase efficiencies and reduce everyday tasks from team members.
Other Functions
- Assist in the resolution of customer service, support and billing issues.
- Create and Document new processes and procedures in the UniVista knowledge base. Keep these up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of an exceptional team.
- Customer service experience required.
- Phonerelated customer service is a major plus.
- Exceptional ability to be organized and manage your time.
- Ability to use phone and computer systems for several hours.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong listening/comprehension skills.
- Conversational, patient, and confident, having a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, with or without direct supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Accounting experience a plus.
- Associates / Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
Familiarity with the following technology terms and products is not required but will be an asset to you:
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office or Office 36
- Computer Hardware (PC and Mac)
Employment Requirements:

Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty:
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
