Job Overview:


As a Project and Account Manager at Pandesco, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects while maintaining and expanding our client base.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their IT needs are met with excellence.

Your role will involve project planning, execution, client communication, relationship management, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to allocate tasks and manage workloads effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Work with internal teams to onboard new clients, build transition and knowledge transfer plans ensuring quality adoption of new clients into the Pandesco support structure.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively tailor IT solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and escalations.

Account Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop IT strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their IT infrastructure to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and contracts in the CRM & Service Management systems.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and/or account management, preferably in the IT industry or with MSPs.
  • Proven experience with high end, luxury and specialty brands
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, technology solutions, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, service management systems and processes, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel on a frequent basis

Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
