About the Role


As a Manager, Account Management at NinjaOne you'll guide and mentor a group of dedicated Account Managers, driving the delivery of exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.

Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the utmost value from our cutting-edge solutions.


Location- Hybrid remote, in Austin, Texas


What You'll be Doing

  • Responsible for ensuring Account Managers are getting to target
  • Successful onboarding of new Account Managers
  • Ongoing Coaching
  • 1:1 with direct reports
  • Mentoring of team members
  • Define Targets and Action plans with team members
  • Biweekly Churn/Pipeline Review with team
  • Topic related trainings e.g. Deescalation training, Sales training, etc
  • Distribute "Management Requests" among the team and hold the team members accountable
  • Interviewing of new potential hires
  • Be mindful of the current status of the individual team members (special situations, personal problems, struggles, etc)
  • Encourage resource sharing and team cohesion
  • Participate in leadership meetings
  • Understand what challenges and opportunities are currently present in the customer base and markets that the team member are in funnel the information up top
  • Foster internal communication to understand and help team members to understand Ninja development

About You

  • 2+ Years' experience leading an Account Management team
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Account Manager in the SaaS space
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Consistent track record of overachievement as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of success managing an AM team
  • Proven, consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team
  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining talent
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, and the ability to build crossfunctional relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on many projects concurrently
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual
