About the team


You will contribute to our global sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad The global sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit.

Our representatives help businesses solve complex communications issues experienced by many around the world.


Dialpad's Named Account Managers are responsible for enabling, activating and managing the relationships with the NSP's sales & account management teams in their assigned territories.

Dialpad's Channel team plays an essential role in our GTM motions.

This team partners closely with our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise teams to constantly improve our new customer acquisition and expansion of our customer base.


Your role


As a Named Account Manager of Channel Sales, you'll be responsible for outreach efforts to onboard and activate NSP sellers.

Your role involves educating, training and capturing mindshare of NSP account executives to drive indirect sales in your designated territory.

Working closely with the Sr.

National Channel Manager and Channel Sales team, you'll drive new seller activation and pipeline generation through regional engagement strategies, business development campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with partnership objectives.


As a pivotal member of the National team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our strategic partner development efforts and contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.


This position reports to our AVP, National Partnerships and has the opportunity to be remote or within one of our primary hub offices.


What you'll do

  • You'll be a goto Dialpad expert for your assigned Strategic Partner.
  • Confident in presenting the Dialpad company presentation and product demonstration.
  • You'll own outreach to NSP sellers to onboard, activate and increase the number of active NSP sellers.
  • You'll be focused on building longstanding relationships with NSP sellers; consistently engaging with them to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the NSP and Dialpad sellers to support events and campaigns to ensure consistency and maximizing impact.
  • Expand Dialpad brand awareness amongst the NSP.

Skills you'll bring

  • 2+ years experience in channel management and/or technology sales.
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company.
  • Has met/exceeded own direct sales goals.
  • Must show a proven methodology to prospect and build a pipeline.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field).
  • Proven track record of sustained overperformance against sales quota and pipeline goals.
