- Lead day-to-day people activities including but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, coaching and development
- Build comp programs and conduct compensation analysis as needed, to support organizational goals and employee engagement
- Guide employees regarding company policies, values, (benefits, pay, and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently
- Act as a strategic partner to department managers
- Drive organization growth through employee development
- Leverage data insights and analysis to guide decisions
- Provide the highest quality of customer service and effective communication to managers, employees, and partners
- Lead projects as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years' experience as a HR Generalist, Compensation Analyst, HRBP, or related field
- Proven track record within the Semiconductor or tech Industry is a plus
- General knowledge of HR functions including comp & benefits, HR operations, recruiting etc.; compensation background a plus
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strong results, possess strong organization savvy, and be able to work in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with various HR functions and knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Overview:
As a Senior HR manager at MPS, your primary responsibility will be to act as a strategic partner to business leaders related to a variety of HR activities. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $125,000 - $165,000.
