DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
POSITION: Human Resources Generalist
CATEGORY: Exempt
JOB FUNCTION: Plan and administrate policies related to all facets of human resources activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: BA/BS in Administration
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in a manufacturing setting
- SKILLS: Excellent communication skills, flexible interpersonal schedule, computer literacy, bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese or Chinese
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Benefits administration (including group health insurance, IRC Section125, workers' compensation, COBRA), personnel records and database management, personnel requisition tracking, Immigration processing, job descriptions, and compensation schedules
- Collaborate on recruiting process design and implementation
- New employee orientation planning, benefits handbooks enhancement, payroll facilitation, FMLA monitoring, and leave request handling
- Policy, procedure, and program inquiries response, accidents investigation, and report preparation
Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
