Are you interested in how to develop and implement appropriate measures and strategies in the 'Race for Talent' to attract the right candidates for Infineon through targeted employer branding? The Human Resource team at our location in Warstein combines various areas such as Talent & Student Attraction, Talent Marketing, University Relations, and Diversity.

With the help of our recruiting department and the organization and execution of various events, you have the opportunity to take on topics independently, proactively contribute your own ideas, and work on them independently.

As a working student, you will support our Talent & Student Attraction team in various areas related to the recruitment of (young) professionals and students, as well as supporting the Talent Marketing department.

You can determine the focus of your work according to your interests.

Your new tasks will include:

Application management and preselection, as well as job postings in different languages and media
Support for our new colleagues at the location in various onboarding activities
Collaboration in organizing networking activities for our internal student community and external student and university network
Crossdepartmental cooperation to increase the visibility of the location
Support in the daytoday operations of our team

_This working student position also allows for partial work from home, by arrangement with the team. Ideally, you are available for long-term collaboration._
