Essential Responsibilities:

HR Senior executive level support:comprehensive scheduling, coordinating complex global travel arrangements, multitasking across the C-Suite, providing executive support both in the US and traveling internationally, and effectively manage all essential tasks with mínimal direction

Project Management:management of special projects, coordinated and conducted training for staff and partners

P roactive**: Present to potential opportunities and challenges and able to initiate action for resolution

C ommunication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proofreading, open communication w ith staff, approachable, mentor and leader to other support staff
Job Complexity
- Completes a wide variety of complex projects and assignments requiring specialized skills and knowledge.
- Applies analytical thought to resolve complex issues, and uses multiple sources of information and judgment to develop and implement solutions
- Resourceful problem solver able to navigate and get work done effectively.
Accountability
- Acts independently to determine methods/procedures on new assignments
- Collaborates with teams in other functions
- Actively promotes activities to improve or streamline processes
Relationship Focus
- Works with peer executive administrator network to arrange events/calendars
- Facilitates and coordinates activities and resources across functional teams
- Is a driver for global networking within own function and contributes proactively to the cross functional/global networking.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting senior level executives
- Requires higher education or specialized training or certification
- Leverages project management skills to collaborate with others
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Human Resources executives or functions
Expected Salary Range
$53, $109,200.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
