    Description

    The Tender Coordinator will be a key support function within the Offshore Wind division. The Tender Coordinator will collaborate with multiple teams to prepare and submit bids, while ensuring compliance with all requirements.

    The Tender Coordinator will report to the Tendering Manager.

    • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
    • Bonus: 4%

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with various departments and coworkers (engineers, project managers, etc.) to gather technical and commercial data.
    • Prepare and manage technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation.
    • Schedule and facilitate tender review, approval, and other relevant commercial team meetings including taking minutes.
    • Manage tender documentation including downloading documents from clients, organizing internal deliverables, and uploading submittal packages to client portals.

    Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, correspondence, and outcomes.

    Collaborate with commercial team to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.

    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.

    Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including legal, technical, and financial aspects.

    Develop, track, and maintain bid schedules and timelines to ensure on time submittal.

    Provide administrative and logistical support to the commercial and business development team.

    Coordinate with external clients and manage correspondence and follow-up.

    Update and maintain Great Lakes pre-qualifications on client and industry portals.
