    In the ever-demanding offshore sector, asset construction is crucial. Because only when they're properly constructed can assets work efficiently. And for construction at sea, positioning is a key parameter. With our construction surveys, project management, and positioning skills, we help eliminate the need for redesign during installation. Fugro's Marine Asset Integrity uses the most stable equipment and software applications to accurately position and carefully construct your assets. To make sure they're running safely and efficiently, they need regular inspection and monitoring (I&M). Through inspection, we find faults and defects before they become a problem. This prevents the need for costly major repairs. Or even costlier replacements. Whatever your challenge or concerns may be, we tailor our methods to your project. We believe that's the best way of protecting and fixing the assets.

    The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible to develop proposals and cost estimations for our Marine Positioning, Construction and I&M service lines under the guidance and advice of the Commercial Manager. You contribute to and are part of client meetings, business development activities, contract negotiation and bid strategy.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
    • Deliver proposals on time and with a high standard of quality while focusing on providing solutions that meet our clients' needs.
    • Receive and review requests for quotes, develop proposals, create cost estimates and technical documentation for bid submission.
    • Ensure all project-planning and produced materials are in accordance with company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy and local regulations - Comply with responsibilities detailed in the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and Safety Management System (SMS)Ensure that proposals are produced on time and to the company's highest quality standards.
    • Supports Project Managers by providing commercial support throughout the execution phase of projects, including commercial handover, assistance/ review of VOs and SCAs, assistance with project reviews and participation in project lessons learned (internal and external) and facilitates execution of lessons learned.
    • Work closely with sales/business development, technical and project management teams.
    • Maintain CRM systems and KPI monitoring tools with up-to-date information.
    • Develops understanding of basic strategic frameworks and models to comprehend how the company, customers, and competitors generate revenue and profit - Understanding the financial implications of decisions to better plan and allocate resources.
    Job Requirements
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
    • Possess a High School Diploma required.
    • Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Surveying, Marine Sciences, or Business preferred.
    • Have 3 or more years of experience in tender coordination, tender management, commercial management & or project management.
    • Have 5 or more years of Survey industry experience preferred.
    • Have experience in professional writing or proposal writing.
    • Possess strong working knowledge of computers and fluent in a variety of software applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Power BI)
    • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system, including but not limited to Windows 7
