    Marketing/Proposal Coordinator

    Job Summary
    The

    Marketing/Proposal Coordinator

    position is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing data and materials under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Producing qualifications, proposals, and presentations
    Writing and/or editing text, design layout, graphics, resumes, etc.
    Updating and maintaining data assets
    Updating and maintaining the AIA A305 Contractor's Qualifications Statement
    Creating internal communications to include project announcements, awards, etc.
    Website updates
    Coordinating and scheduling project photography with owners, architects, photographers
    Producing awards submissions - creation, submission, and tracking
    Maintaining a calendar of marketing deadlines
    Professional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    3+ years experience as a marketing or proposal coordinator
    Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
    Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
    Strong knowledge InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
    Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
    Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing preferred
    Ideal Candidate
