Are you passionate about crafting winning proposals and driving successful outcomes? We're seeking a dedicated Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our proposal development process, ensuring the security and integrity of all documentation while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams and stakeholders.


What You'll Do:

Streamline Proposal Setup: Kickstart the process by preparing and submitting documentation to set up internal proposal numbers, laying the foundation for a smooth journey ahead.

Scope Interpretation: Dive into inquiries to decipher scopes of work and associated deliverables, setting the stage for a comprehensive proposal strategy.

Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information, fostering a collaborative environment for success.

Proposal Development: Take the lead in coordinating proposal preparation, ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines, and reflecting client requirements and our winning strategy.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address key problem areas swiftly, working with stakeholders to find effective solutions and keep the proposal on track.

Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, liaising with sales teams on formal matters, and ensuring alignment with client needs.

Continuous Improvement: Strive for excellence by adhering to internal standards, policies, and procedures, while actively seeking opportunities for process enhancements.


What We're Looking For:

Passion and Experience: Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent field, ideally within the construction industry.

Industry Insight: Familiarity with bid preparation, particularly in the electric power industry, will be advantageous.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat is essential for seamless execution of duties.

Team Player: A proactive, well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, ready to collaborate and contribute to team success.

Flexible and Committed: Willingness to adapt to irregular schedules and put in the extra effort to meet tight deadlines when necessary.
