- Responsible for answering phones for the CEO and CFO of a 35 person firm
- Assemble board packages for co-op and condo purchases and building purchases
- Maintain client / contact databases and mailing lists
- Assist with marketing programs and email campaigns
- Maintain, update, and post to social media sites
- Coordinate and organize appointments and calendar
- Back office support, including bookkeeping, filing and bill paying
- Supervision of student internship programs
- Comfort with administrative and logistical details
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with computers (PC) and Windows applications as well MS Word, Excel, Power Point desirable.
- Tech savvy (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Team player attitude coupled with positive outlook
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Organized, efficient and friendly
- Work well independently and collaboratively
