Temporary Finance and Operations Assistant

Development Department

(NYC Office-Onsite)

Temporary, Full-Time

Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the processing of invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle employee reimbursements, verifying expenses and processing payments accordingly.
  • Track and reconcile expenses to ensure budget adherence and financial accountability.
  • Assist in special assignments to support the operations of the HSS Development Department, such as data integrity projects, documentation, report generation, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Duration:
Temporary, with a specified end date or project completion milestone.

Other Requirements:

Pay Range - Maximum:
USD $40.00/Hr.
