    Regional Sales Manager – Specialty Therapeutics
    Dallas, TX
    $160k – $200k plus excellent benefits

    Barrington James is collaborating with a pioneering biopharmaceutical firm dedicated to revolutionizing treatments for neuropsychiatric and neurologic disorders.

    With a focus on addressing unmet medical needs in conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and other neurological ailments, our partner is committed to driving meaningful change in patient care.


    Covering a vibrant region including DFW, Houston, New Orleans, and Nashville, the Regional Business Manager assumes responsibility for guiding and nurturing regional sales teams to foster impactful customer engagements, resulting in robust sales performance driven by ethical and compliant practices.


    As the Regional Business Manager, you will spearhead the staffing and development of your team, crafting a high-performing culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and scientific excellence.

    You will lead the creation of localized strategic plans, leveraging resource allocation decisions to drive impactful outcomes within your assigned customer base.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Recruit, select, and develop a team of Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and compliance.

    Set ambitious performance objectives aligned with business goals, providing consistent feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.

    Lead strategic analyses of the region to uncover growth opportunities, adapting activities to fit local dynamics and effectively manage resource allocation.

    Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and support representative development.
    Monitor region data sets to inform business planning and maximize performance impact and resource utilization.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and respond to local opportunities and customer needs.
    Develop and maintain local business plans to achieve KPI goals and sales objectives.


    Requirements :
    Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, with field sales management experience.
    Bachelor's degree required.
    Bilingual candidates preferred given the geographic location.
    Demonstrated success in translating vision and strategy into tactical plans to drive business.
    Experience interacting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), organized customers, and managed care organizations.
