    LHH is seeking a Contracts Administrator Assistant. This role is full time and it is fully on site in Jacksonville, FL.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviews and processes all of the organizations agreements/contracts
    • Ensures data integrity in the contract lifecycle management system
    • Assists with preparing Pre-Award Checklists for the Final Award Phase
    • Assists with market research, data analysis and data reporting as needed
    • Assists with vendors List, the purchase order system, and tracking invoice payments for compliance with contract requirements
    • Assists with administrative support when needed

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of Contract Management or Administrator experience
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Team Player

    Pay: $25-$26/hr.
