    General Responsibilities:

    • Provides efficient and professional administrative support to the Profit Center Leader.
    • Organizes and accurately maintains filing system of confidential information
    • Provides support in communications and general assistant duties
    • Assists in the management of internal and external communications, including meeting communication, and general operations communication.
    • Book all travel in accordance with corporate travel policies and within specified meeting travel budget parameters. Elevate budget anomalies to management when necessary for resolution and approval.
    • Responsible for managing and submitting business expenses for company reimbursement through Concur platform.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years' related experience in a similar position preferred
    • Must be familiar with and have the ability to utilize travel booking software and systems.
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products
    • Valid driver's license
