    We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our location in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth execution of our office operations, involving clerical tasks, managing communications within the office as well as with advisors and clients, and supporting our daily marketing, scheduling, and client file management efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for RWM, presenting a warm and professional welcome to prospects and clients.
    • Facilitate communications among staff, advisors, and clients, providing necessary information as required.
    • Support the management of CRM and planning software, including updating accounts, merging, sending invites, and managing mail requests.
    • Ensure office procedures are organized and efficiently executed.
    • Manage data entry, client appointment scheduling and confirmation, and the generation of birthday lists.
    • Take charge of document filing and maintaining office supplies.
    • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx deliveries.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
    • Proficient in multitasking, with excellent telephone handling skills.
    • Experience with scheduling and a collaborative team spirit.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Competent in using computers and various technical software.
    • Proficiency in customer service, both verbal and written.
    • Familiarity with software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Right Capital, and Salesforce, etc.

    Pay: $45, $50,000.00/Salary
