**Job Description**

**Independence Title in Austin, Texas,** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a **Customer Service Representative.** Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

**The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:**

+ Processing customer service email requests for internal and external customers

+ Researching properties in multiple counties in Texas for various recorded documents

+ Researching and production of various non-title insurance reports including Nothing Further Certificates, Property Reports, Zoning reports, etc.

+ Communicating by email and/or phone with customers regarding their requests

+ Prioritizing each request based on urgency of customers needs

+ Support production of additional products as needed

**Qualifications:**

+ A High School diploma or equivalent is required

+ **Minimum of four years title examination experience.** Acreage and commercial knowledge a plus

+ Austin property research experience. Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio property research experience preferred, but not required

+ Data Trace and Title Data plant knowledge a plus

+ Knowledge of Real Estate documents

+ Microsoft Suite proficient
