Their products are leading the way in integrated ultra-filtration systems that allow for the processing of bone marrow, peripheral blood, and growth factors at the point of care.
Position Summary:
As a
Customer Service Representative, you'll be the heartbeat of our client's customer-centric operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics and unparalleled service for our valued customers. From managing inventory flow to processing orders with precision, you'll be the
driving force behind our client's commitment to excellence.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional service standards
- Streamline new customer setups and manage customer accounts with finesse
- Efficiently handle all inbound and outbound orders and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
- Utilize software tools for inventory management and order processing with proficiency
- Foster clear communication channels with our operations team to orchestrate flawless shipments
- Maintain accurate distributor databases and handle pricing and billing queries seamlessly
- Facilitate return authorizations and assist customers with hasslefree returns
- Review pricing contracts and liaise with Finance to ensure billing accuracy
- Provide invaluable support with distributor case tickets and purchase orders as needed
Education & Experience:
- Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- 35 years of proven experience in customer service and inventory management
- Previous exposure to the medical device field or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) is essential
- Experience with software platforms like Intacct is a definite plus
- Knowledge of inventory control and invoicing procedures is highly desirable
