We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Assist customers with their account and resolving any issues or complaints
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customers' account
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
