    Job Summary:

    Basic Engineering Concepts & Technologies, Inc. (BecTech) is a Small Business Program Management and Engineering Services provider to Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies. BecTech is seeking professional candidates to fill the position of full-time Contracts Management Analyst in Crystal City, VA.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain a workflow process to document, track, and report on all open contractual matters using tools such as Microsoft Planner.
    • Manage workflow for contract Procurement Requests (PRs) and other contract actions using tools such as Microsoft Planner.
    • Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government. Assist in drafting statements of work, contract requirements, and delivery schedules.
    • Enter Procurement Requests (PR) into the NAVSEA contracting system via standard procurement system (SPS or PD2).
    • Attend and support contract negotiations.
    • Maintain a comprehensive repository of contractual documents.
    • Offer support in the review, tracking, and reporting of contractual deliverables and associated documents.
    • Help in developing, recording, coordinating, and maintaining technical instructions.

    Required Education/Experience:

    • Requires minimum of 4 years of related professional experience; 7 years of experience is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
    • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Possess good communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.

    ADA SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
    • Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Travel: Less than 5% expected
