Description

Dynamo Technologies has a need for a Management Analyst to provide professional Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Master Black Belts support and analysis support within the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC) National Guard Bureau (NGB) and the 54 States and Territory.

These services include providing analytical, operational, and technical support to agency personnel to sustain a CPI culture.


Duties/ Responsibilities

Record Maintenance:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all CPIrelated activities, including project documentation, performance metrics, and progress reports.
  • Ensure all records are stored securely and are easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Report Writing:


  • Prepare comprehensive reports on CPI projects, including status updates, performance outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Compile data and insights from various sources to create detailed and accurate reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination and Follow-up:


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings related to CPI initiatives, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure action items are clearly documented and communicated to responsible parties.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and provide updates to the CPI Program Manager.

Standard Practices and Consistency:


  • Assist in developing and implementing standard practices and procedures for CPI deployment at NGB.
  • Monitor adherence to established CPI methodologies and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all projects and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to NGB personnel on CPI best practices and standards.

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within CPI projects.
  • Work with the CPI Program Manager to develop and implement strategies to address identified issues and enhance overall program performance.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Serve as a liaison between the CPI program and other departments within NGB, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on CPI goals and objectives.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Proven experience in a business management or analyst role, preferably within a government or military setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
  • US Citizenship

Nice to Have Skills

  • Expertise in technical writing to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, reports, and manuals.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) demonstrate advanced knowledge in managing projects efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in using advanced data analysis tools and software such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Military Structures and Procedures
  • Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or other process improvement methodologies to lead and mentor CPI projects more effectively.

Education and Experience:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business management, process improvement, or a related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
