Responsibilities


Peratons' DSCM program encompasses technical, engineering, data analytics, cyber security, management, operational, logístical and administrative support to aid and advise DoS Cyber & Technology Security (CTS) Directorate.

This includes protecting a global cyber infrastructure comprising networks, systems, information, and mobile devices all while identifying and responding to cyber risks and threats.


Peraton is currently seeking an experienced
Program Management Analyst to become part of Peratons' Department of State (DoS) Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission (DSCM) program providing leading cyber and technology security experience to enable innovative, effective and secure business processes.

Arlington, VA


  • Provide various analytical services such as developing metrics and process mapping of investigative support request lifecycle geared towards measuring performance and providing process improvement recommendations to the program.
  • Provide various analytical and administrative support to the Program Task Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring various technical projects, meeting program deliverables, and management of contractor staffing.
  • Coordinates projects; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compiles statistics and data; may assist in writing narratives for reports, SOPs, memorandums, and debriefs.
  • Implements procedures to fulfill objectives; works with agencies to resolve concerns and overcome challenges; prepares monthly compliance reports.
  • Provide reviews, tracking, and audits of contract deliverables provided in the Performance Work Schedule (PSW); works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and contract deliverables.
  • Briefs program leadership and the customer on the status of action items and metrics to track program performance.
  • Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.
  • Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.

Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience required. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience providing communication support as correspondence liaison with various teams.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the government and to deal tactfully, courteously, and professionally with the project client and their endcustomers.
  • Experience writing reports that translate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
  • Must be able to generate, coordinate and deliver cross contract deliverables to the client on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • U.S. citizenship and an ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

Preferred:


  • Active Secret security clearance.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
