    ** Customer Service Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)**

    **Description**

    When you join our team as a **Customer Service Associate**, youll support other homebrewers via email and LiveChat. Youll have the opportunity to assist with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide product recommendations. Most important of all, you'll be helping other brewers drown out the noise and focus on cultivating a lifelong hobby.

    **Job Responsibilities:**

    Serving as the front line, on-call resource for all customers via phone, email and LiveChat

    Being an expert on our catalog and technology to troubleshoot and help customers find products to fill their particular needs

    Providing brewing advice, suggestions and overall knowledge to customers

    Maintaining customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

    Assisting in fulfillment areas of the warehouse as needed

    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    **Qualifications**

    High school diploma or GED certification required

    Associates/Bachelors degree, and BJCP or Cicerone certification preferred

    1 year of related experience or training in beer brewing or wine-making preferred

    Experience working with basic formulas and standard measurements associated with brewing

    Ability to work with data and perform basic calculations

    Experience with computers and phone systems in a workplace setting
