    Quick Quack is looking for friendly and talented Customer Service Associates to join our team You can take pride in knowing Quick Quack is recognized as The Best or The Favorite car wash in every community in which a Quick Quack Car Wash can be found.     **JOB DESCRIPTION**

    Assist customers by telephone and help them with customer service-related issues.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** (Other Duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

    Establish rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

    Listen attentively and understand the customers request for assistance.

    Demonstrate empathy as appropriate.

    Provide clear answers.

    Research as needed.

    Resolve problems.

    Suggest additional services by recognizing opportunities and benefits to customers.

    Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve the organization.

    Meet performance and production expectations.

    **Qualifications/Requirements:**

    **The right candidate will have:**

    Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

    Friendly, outgoing personality.

    Ability to work independently and leverage internal resources to meet the needs of our customers.

    Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc.).

    Minimum of 1-year of customer service and/or call center experience in a fast-paced environment.

    College preferred.

    **Work Environment and Physical Demands:**

    You will work in an office setting.
