Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:


  • Eradicate all avenues to solve a customer's concern, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear and communicate with sales management for assistance
  • Attend regular meetings with fellow Customer Service Associates and sales supervisors and qualified sales management to receive coaching and feedback on how to improve customer acquisition and sale
  • Providing aboveandbeyond, fantastic customer service by establishing trusting relationships with customers and providing them with the best sales experience imaginable
  • Work crossfunctionally to identify ways to enable worldclass customer service and sales practices at a scale
  • Establish and update accurate customer information files in an online system and ensure clients receive all necessary followup information
  • Secure, analyze and protect sensitive personal and financial information following company compliance guidelines
