Immediate Hire - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to work fulltime hours
Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
Great communication skills
Must be able to work in an energetic, fastpaced environment.
Selfstarter, creative thinker, problem solver
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets and deadline
Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
Knowledge of the market and industry trends related to the company's products or services
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
