Overview
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting multiple projects to facilitate program objectives for the community mental health clinic.
This may include monthly and weekly reporting on program metrics, acting as liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies, supporting and facilitating patient access initiatives, planning meetings, and arranging internal and external program communications and reports.
Able to work on multiple program objectives simultaneously in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, reliability and presentational skills.
The incumbent will be energetic, creative and highly organized and both use and improve established proceduresMinimum Experience Required:
Two years' experience in healthcare administration environment. Experience with Mental Health programs or interest in mental health administration strongly preferred. Familiarity with Excel reporting is strongly preferred.
Education/Certifications/Licensure Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospital administration, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse public, volunteers, staff and patients by phone, in person in writing and to be the point of contact for the program; Ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
Pay Scale InformationUSD $37, USD $61,952.80

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.
The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
