Description
The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering the UCLA Californians For All College Corps Program. Responsibilities include selection, placement, and daily management of approximately 150 student program fellows each year.

Under the guidance of the Director, the Program Representative builds relationships and works with partner sites in the community that may include non-profit and government agencies, community groups, and local businesses to implement various aspects and activities of the Californians For All College Corps Program.

The Program Representative is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations and submitting required reports and documentation. This position is grant-funded.

It is expected that the grant will run through July 2026 with a possibility of extension based on continued availability of funding.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop written materials (e.g, professional correspondence, formal reports) that are analytical, persuasive and succinct, using appropriate tone, grammar, syntax and punctuation. (required)
  • Demonstrated skill and knowledge in developing, implementing and assessing policy, curricula, programs and strategies. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a strategic direction and measurable goals for programs and coordinate resources (e.g., material, space, finances, information and personnel) to accomplish those goals. (required)
  • Demonstrated skill in planning, preparation, and analysis of fiscal budgets, including comparative trends for use in budgetary review meetings. (required)
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing and performing a variety of tasks that need to be carried out simultaneously and with frequent interruptions (required)
  • Ability to take Initiative and work independently with mínimal or no supervision. (required)
