    Job DescriptionJunior Program Analyst

    Garud Technology Services, Inc. (GTS) is in search of a motivated, self-driven Junior Program Analyst. Applicants must have a passion for their work, be innovative, and possess strong verbal and written communication and analytic skills.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Provide analytical consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.
    • Analyze and review budget, schedule, and other program resources.
    • Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements.
    • Review the business and system, software, and system integration requirements to ensure the requirements meet the program needs.
    • Analyze and assign program and project costs to appropriate IT investment categories.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Experience with data analysis and visualization (required)
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (required).
    • NIH/NIAID experience (preferred)
    • Good written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking ability

    Education:

    • Bachelor's (preferred)

    Citizenship: Required

    Language:

    • English (Required)
