We are headquartered in Washington, DC, with a workforce of over 300 IT professionals supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and various Federal Civilian agencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and integration of all supporting functions to program operations; to include repeatable delivery of highquality products and services, on time, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide collaboration and support for program, project, or task management personnel.
- Coordinate the submission, review, and formal delivery of all project deliverables (assisting our QA Manager)
- Support Program Change Management (i.e. scope/requirements/contract modifications).
- Support Schedule Management, Configuration Management, Risk Management and Process implementation.
- Perform process improvement evaluations, management briefings, and roll out process improvements as necessary.
- Work with the Project Controller to help maintain and oversee budget.
- Work with Contracts to understand, monitor and approve any new contract MOD's.
- Assist the PMO and PM with Personnel management as needed.
- Assist the PMO and PM in Partner/Subcontract management.
- Help monitor and track travel CLINS.
- Maintain the PMO Site on SharePoint/Teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Project/Program support role.
- Federal experience (preferably supporting IT contracts)
- Microsoft Teams/SharePoint experience is highly desired.
- One of the following certifications is desired: PMP, CAPM, ITIL
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Pay:
$100, $140,000.00 per year
