About the Mission You Will Join:

The Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) (AF A2/6) mission is to employ cyberspace capabilities where the primary purpose is to achieve objectives and effects in or through cyberspace.

The AF A2/6 develops innovative Air Force operating concepts, strategy, plans and solutions to compete, deter, and win in Air, Space and Cyberspace.

AF A2/6 provides an integrated, capability-focused enterprise, with the goal of serving the warfighter's needs and eliminating the information seams that divide our capabilities.

Cybersecurity is crucial to the proper execution of Air Force core missions.

The persistent and evolving cyberspace threat to the Air Force requires a holistic approach to cybersecurity that encompasses our people, culture, and operational processes.

The Air Force will integrate cybersecurity throughout weapons systems development, testing, fielding, and employment.

A culture shift in cybersecurity from compliance to resilience and risk mitigation across the Air Force will focus efforts on securing information across all our core missions.

In this role, you will be supporting the HQ AF at the Pentagon, while having the ability to impact the mission directly.

Your Impact to the Mission:

The Program Analyst
Journeyman for Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) is responsible for integrating system capabilities across the agile combat support area in coordination with HAF functional leads.
Coordinate deployment plans with the functional leads, and the program management teams, to deliver Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and communications infrastructure.
Provides C2ISR and communications infrastructure support to Joint and Department of the Air Force Command and Control (C2) modernization and integration efforts and leads and/or participates in numerous Joint and DAF C2 development and oversight forums. These forums include the Combined-Joint Command and Control Capability (C-JC2C) / Global Command and Control System
Family of Systems (GCCS FoS), Multi-Domain Operations (MDOC), Theater Air Control System, and others.
The Program Analyst

shall provide DAF with consistent and in-depth expertise to formulate, review and coordinate on Joint and DAF C2 modernization and integration which includes, but is not limited to, efforts leading to robust MDOC capabilities and processes. These efforts require in
- depth air, space, and cyberspace operations knowledge, expertise, and experience.

The Program Analyst

shall support the DAF to address, develop and implement capabilities and guidance furthering agile combat operations, integration, and associated support areas as required.

The Program Analyst

shall provide expertise in and support for the development of capabilities requirements, governance, operations concepts, and plans to transition and integrate Joint and DAF C2 capabilities, including drafting policy to promote Joint and DAF C2 and C2 Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) adoption and integration.

The Program Analyst

shall provide expertise and support to develop requirements, governance, operations concepts, and plans to integrate air, space, and cyberspace forces across the DAF, with Joint Services, and our Allied and Coalition partners.

shall assist with coordinating between DAF, DIUx and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and interoperable approaches and solutions in support of MDC2 activities.
