We are hiring a highly experienced
Program Analyst to provide onsite technical and management support in the Washington, DC area with scheduling, tracking tasks and issues, and government correspondence.
As a Program Analyst, essential responsibilities include:
- Help ensure all program and other requirements are met; support document developments including white papers, schedules, and presentations; and support the development and updates to program milestones and presentation material.
- Support efforts to conduct large programs, understand microelectronics industry and demand.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Program Status Meetings, and other meetings for the program and produce notes.
- Coordinate all action items from meetings and monitor progress.
- Track metrics for multiple projects and the overall program.
- Manage taskers through Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
- Manage Director's schedule and travel.
- Support the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with engineering and business personnel.
- Interface with customers to determine specific needs and requirements.
- Estimate program needs and schedule/assign tasks to meet completion dates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 12 years of job related experience or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have a Secret clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Experience supporting high volume Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Active Top Secret clearance
