    Description


    Meet is proud to partner with an exciting biopharmaceutical/medical device client out of they San Francisco Bay Area to hire a Human Resources Manager.

    This person will manage and execute various HR functions including immigration, compensation, employee relations, reporting, etc.

    Responsibilities also include providing help with policy interpretation, managing employee performance, participating in annual benefits renewal, and maintaining the HRIS system.

    The ideal candidate has a biopharmaceutical/medical device background. This is a contract-to-hire position requiring 3-5 days/wk on-site in Fremont, CA. Pay rate is dependent on the candidate's level of experience.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in HR, OD, Business, or related field
    5+ years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist position (open to considering candidates from Manager to Director levels)
    Knowledge of federal and state laws
