    Description

    Fiery is looking for a Human Resources Manager for our North America offices.

    Fiery produces easy to use, digital printing solutions and workflow software to allow customers to get the most out of their printers.

    This role will provide HR leadership to our employee in the US and Canada. This is a hybrid position based in our Fremont, CA office. The person in this role will lead a wide variety of HR activities in close partnership with the local leadership team in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, talent management and recruiting. This role will also be part of a best-in-class global HR team

    This role will deliver HR business partner support to the Fiery Business in the following areas:

    • Provide employees and managers with support and guidance on core HR processes (responds to and resolves increasingly complex issues).
    • Consult with and coach managers on a variety of employee relations, compensation, and policy matters.
    • Assist managers with requests regarding organizational design and key metrics
    • Advise on and ensure compliance and consistent application of employment laws and company policies.
    • Responsible for employee life cycle HR activities: Recruitment and selection, on boarding and assimilation, employee development, performance management, and management of employee relations issues for the business across North Americas region.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered.
    • Partner with Global talent acquisition, total rewards, and operations teams.
    • Build strong relationships with employees and managers; own and drive creative engagement initiatives and events for employees.
    • Resolve issues between management and employees, Coach managers through the conflict resolution process, and performance management.
    • Provide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics.
    • Support the deployment of change plans and program implementation, partnering with BU HR Leader to determine when standardized versus regional Programs should be applied.
    • Implements talent programs around identified needs and gaps. Works with business managers to deploy the talent selection tools to meet unique business requirements.
    • Support the application of strategies to address talent gaps and needs.
    • Partner with immigration legal team to provide foreign national support for visa/permanent residency needs.
    Experience required:
    • 10years of progressive Human Resources experience.
    • Possesses knowledge of Human Resources specialties including federal/state employment law, basic knowledge of immigration, employee relations, management coaching, organizational. development, training, and compensation.
    • Take initiative to address identified challenges and proactively bring solutions to the table.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced and matrixed organizations.
    • Promote environments of creative thinking and innovation through partnerships and collaboration with the regional, shared services and center of excellence HR teams.
    • High integrity, builds and sustains trust.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills
    • Understands workforce management principles and trends in their application of HR strategies.
    • SAP experience is desired.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Management, or other related field; or equivalent experience.
    • Prior Mergers & Acquisitions experience is desired.
    Salary Range: $150-$180k
