    ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional as our Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales.

    The ideal candidate must have experience identifying and building new client relationships in diverse industries with the proven ability to create a successful sales process.

    With preference to Chicago, this unique role can also sit in our Dallas or Nashville offices. Perfect for someone who is looking to make a move to one of these great cities

    A DAY IN THE LIFE:
    The Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales will be at the core of an emerging sales team within ARCO, focused on leveraging 30+ years of Design/Build excellence, across several building verticals, nationwide
    This individual will identify and develop macro business relationships with public, private, and government decision makers to generate new business opportunities throughout the organization
    This role will develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to create sustainable revenue growth and expand ARCOs footprint, while establishing positive top-of-mind brand awareness
    One should expect to research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity
    The Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales will provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the ARCO leadership team
    Working alongside senior leadership, this role will pursue specific sales initiatives with concentrated effort
    With support from Operations and Marketing, this role will help develop, manage, and execute a strategic sale plan
    Work as part of a team that collaborates and wins together


    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelors Degree required
    MBA or sales/business-related degree preferred
    10+ years' of diverse business development roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
    Prior experience networking within Private Equity, REITs, and Asset Management firms is a plus
    Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision-makers and influencers
    Prior Salesforce experience is a plus
    Capability to develop, lead, and sustain best-in-class business development processes
    Capacity to travel as needed
