We are looking for a Territory Sales Director to manage our Enterprise sales team in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Enterprise sales team.
Cultivate relationships with C-Level leaders and managers.
Develop strategic and tactical plans for customer engagement.
Build and maintain senior customer relations.
Identify key priorities (KPIs) and set annual sales targets for the team.
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) for accurate forecasting.
Prepare action plans, performance reports, and business plans.
Develop commercial strategies, including pricing and negotiation.
Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and customer success.
Collaborate with product management and marketing to guide product direction.
Experience:
8-10 years of SaaS sales experience.
Proven success in managing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
Familiarity with complex solutions and new technologies.
Strong track record of pipeline management and customer satisfaction.
Results-focused with a goal to overachieve targets.
Experience in vertical market solution sales.
Business development expertise in a global enterprise sales environment.
Knowledge of Software Development tools and Software Development Life Cycle is a plus.
Familiarity with Sandler and MEDDIC sales methodologies is a plus.
