What You Will Do:
Train and support Community Relations Coordinators at Senior Living Communities
Assist in driving sales & marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals
Review ROI for advertising, referral relationships, etc., and proactively address opportunities
Professionally report occupancy numbers and revenue-building tactics to ownership groups and stakeholders
Extensive travel required to support
Directors/Community
Relations Coordinators and audit building/materials
Why You Are Qualified:
Minimum of Associates degree in Marketing or Communication,or equivalent combination of education and experience
Maintains valid driver's license and ability to drive.
One to three years of experience managing multi-site senior living facilities.
High level of proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel extensively to support communities.
Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law.
