- Coach the team to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
- Build executive-level relationships with customers and prospects
- Collaborate to enhance the sales organization
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and contribute innovative ideas
- Partner with other sales resources for alignment and refinement
- Proactive in adopting sales best practices and demonstrating process adherence
- Strong business acumen and ability to formulate effective sales strategies
- Skilled in creating compelling business cases and value propositions
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite on financial metrics and calculations
- Demonstrated market and industry knowledge, including recognizing trends
- Effective in building customer loyalty
- Excellent objection handling and contract negotiating abilities
- Track record of meeting/exceeding goals and strong program management skills.
- 10+ years of sales team management experience in telecommunications, IT, or managed services
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
