    Job Summary:

    The ASG Services Sales Executive will lead SHI opportunities from an education, enablement and engagement perspective; all the way from identification and contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes. The ASG Services Sales Executive will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, validating each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to provide an excellent value and experience while providing desired business outcomes.

    This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management, but requires residence in the state of Texas to support business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    Include, but are not limited to:

    • Identify opportunities with customers and internal teams to optimize engagement profitability
    • Foster collaboration amongst assigned project team members
    • Propose service solution recommendations and serve as an escalation point for customer matters
    • Provide excellent value and experience while helping our customers deploy and manage their Solution
    • Serve as the key point of contact for each owned opportunity
    • Establish a rapport and confidence with internal teams, companys customers and partners
    • Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings with each assigned client
    • Foster and maintain overall accountability for successful engagement delivery
    • Serve as the expert in the companys value, methodology and processes
    • Actively monitor active, prospective and planned projects and ensure priorities are adjusted, as needed
    • Set clear communications to the customer as needed throughout project lifecycle
    • Review key documentation provided by customer, translate technical and business requirement and propose solution to solve customer challenge
    • Provide frequent project status reports and monthly forecast to SHI Leadership
    • Align with Sales to identify, qualify and ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated and prioritized during the proposal phase
    • Research and expand current opportunities and identify new opportunities
    Qualifications:
    • Completed Bachelors Degree in a related field or relevant work experience
    • Minimum 5+ years experience in successful consultative selling and account development of commercial accounts with a services focus
    • Previous experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales team is required
    Required Skills:
    • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts profiling, advancing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
    • Demonstrated operational excellence including SOW process
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities
    • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely with customers at all organization levels
    • Excellent conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple projects
    • Ability to meet stated customer initiated deadlines
    • Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent consultative sales skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    Unique Requirements:
    • Travel to conferences, meetings and partner/customer sites as needed, up to 50%

    The estimated pay range for this position is $150,000 - $285,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
