This role is a Lead Sales Executive for Crowe's Data Analytics practice.

The role will require hands-on sales enablement and management across the practice's existing and growing data analytics portfolio of clients, prospects and solutions.

The primary focus will be on identifying, cultivating, and growing new sales growth opportunities for our comprehensive One-Stop-Shop suite of Data Analytics products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Uncover Hidden Gems: You'll become a master of uncovering hidden problems and inefficiencies within manufacturing businesses, proposing data-driven solutions that unlock significant value.

Executive Influence: You'll build relationships with key decision-makers at the executive level, championing our solutions that directly address their strategic initiatives and pain points.

Shape the Future: You'll actively contribute to our go-to-market strategy, developing ideal customer profiles, building personas, defining use cases, and mapping the customer journey.

Empower Your Team: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales playbooks, training materials, and sales tools to help accelerate cross-selling within existing accounts.

Discovery Deep-Dive: Lead in-depth discovery calls, demonstrating a genuine interest in your clients' data challenges. You'll then translate those challenges into actionable solutions, driving long-term customer engagements.

Solution Architect: You'll work hand-in-hand with our engineers and product managers to identify client problems, crafting and selling the right solutions. Additionally, you'll identify market signals to inform product development and keep us ahead of the curve.


Your day will consist of

  • Developing leads and a pipeline of opportunities
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking, courtesy, and followup calls
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations, articulately and confidently
  • Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products literature through attending industry events
  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Managing Sales Pipelines and Sales Cycles efficient through Dynamics CRM
  • Meeting sales
- and team targets together with the sales team and the leadership

  • Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
  • Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
  • Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software systems

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum 5 years of Sales relevant role experience, ideally with a software vendor and/or professional services practice

  • Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, clients, and 3rd party partners (e.g., Microsoft)
