The company was founded on a vision of delivering clean, managed "wireless energy" to meet the global need for reliable, low-cost solar power for street lighting, telecom, security, and IoT devices, as well as other mission-critical systems.


The company has recently completed a Series A investment led by Sallyport Holdings, who have billions of dollars worth of exits under their belt, and are actively involved, young, and ready to support high-growth technology companies like EngoPlanet.

You'll be standing shoulder to shoulder with industry makers and company builders.


Position

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the assigned region.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including municipalities, government agencies, corporate clients, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in the market.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of EngoPlanet's solar products to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue government grants, subsidies, and funding opportunities to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of EngoPlanet's product portfolio and industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote EngoPlanet's products.
  • Collaborate with distributors, if available, to maximize sales potential and support their efforts.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of selfmotivation and discipline.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and attend industry events as needed.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other salesrelated software.
