    Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.     As a Channel Sales Manager at , you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in channel sales, partner development, and a deep understanding of the AI and SaaS landscape.

    What You Will Do

    • Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, cultivating strong and mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless collaboration with channel partners.
    • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to channel partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell solutions.
    • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with partners to develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for channel growth.
    • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies.
    • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners and track performance against targets.
    • Customer Advocacy: Foster customer advocacy through channel partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Reporting: Generate regular reports on channel sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related role within the AI or SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partner relationships.
    • Strong understanding of AI and SaaS solutions and their applications in various industries.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in the fintech or enterprise software sectors preferred.
    • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools preferred.

    Compensation

    • Total Compensation (Salary + OTE) is expected to be between $120,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
