    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Len y Sol Tequila in San Francisco, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales and sales management
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry and tequila market
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Experience with CRM software is a plus
