Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager CBD/Hemp Products to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and driving business development in the Hemp Industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for technology sales. Sales team leadership exeperince desirable. Start up experience and Hemp or Cannabis sales experience a must Experience with e-commerce would be great


Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, B2B and B2C
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in Hemp, CBD and THCA products.
• Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in key segments
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and set goals
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
• Stay uptodate with Hemp/CBD and THCA industry trends and competitor activities
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer data

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales or account management, ecommerce sales, hemp/cannabis sales experience.
• Strong ability to analyze market data and identify trends. Must have analytic skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives
• Technical sales experience or knowledge is highly desirable. Woo Commerce, Square and Shopify experience would be desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
